By downloading or using OnTheBag, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be 13 or older to use OnTheBag. If you're under 18, you need parent or guardian permission. One account per person.
You're responsible for your account credentials. Don't share your login. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@onthebag.golf immediately.
You own all the data you input: your shot history, personal stats, everything. We own the OnTheBag app, code, and brand.
Don't scrape the app. Don't try to break it or probe security. Don't use the service to spam, phish, or harm others. Don't reverse-engineer the AI. Violations result in account termination and potential legal action.
OnTheBag is provided "as is". We make no guarantee the recommendations are accurate, complete, or will improve your game. Golf is unpredictable. The caddie is helpful, not infallible.
OnTheBag is not liable for lost scores, missed putts, bad games, or any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
If you have a legal dispute with OnTheBag, we'll try to resolve it informally first. If that fails, disputes are subject to binding arbitration.
We can change, add, or remove features anytime. We'll give 30 days notice for material changes.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime. Your data is deleted within 7 days.
OnTheBag uses Supabase, Anthropic, and RevenueCat. Their terms apply to their services.
